Calling all bloggers, do you know about Look Book?

So yesterday I was just playing around with a few things to help move the blog on a little and help get my blog out there a bit more in terms of followers and attracting new people to reading the blog in general, when I came across this little widget, which is kind of like an app for you iPhone or basically just an added extra for the blog for those who don't have their own blog, called LOOKBOOK and oh my gosh I am absolutely in love with it!

To many people it probably doesn't sound like much but basically within every company within the fashion industry you have a "look book" for every season which showcases that seasons designs and outfits for the brand which are put together in a book in order for the brand/company to sell their stock on or to get the brand to stand at certain fashion events throughout the year etc, and this app lets you do exactly that for yourself!

This app/website is so straight forward and easy to use as it's a lot like instagram just for looks, so say your look of today e.t.c and it's also full of endless amounts of inspiration on looks and trends which people put together themselves, a lot like I do on the blog, from all over the world. In my opinion it really is a great little added extra to have on your blog as it gives the people that view your page something more to look at and it is also in a way enabling you to promote yourself further to other people who aspire to be in the same industry as you, if the fashion industry is the industry you want to eventually be in, but it's also just so simple and easy to use and if you're like me and sit and spend hours scrolling through instagram and love fashion, then you definitely need to consider giving this app a go!

But I know what you're thinking; will I have time for this? and the answer is yes! I know it's so easy to say but it honestly does not take that long to set up and start posting looks, it's as simple as taking a photo of what you're wearing before you leave the house or when you're out somewhere e.t.c and then all you have to do is upload it, it's that simple! and the best thing about it, or I personally think is one of the best things about this app/website, is that you can tag where you brought the items you're wearing from, so when you're scrolling through your feed if you see a really nice jacket or pair of jeans that someones wearing that you really love and must have (yes we all have know the feeling) then it'll tell you in the information below the picture/look exactly where those items are from and that to me is just a bonus in itself!

What the items are and what brand they are from will be listed under the post of the look/style so can easily be hunted down and be within your own wardrobe in no time!

You can now download LOOKBOOK as an app from the appstore by typing in "LOOKBOOK" in the search bar. 

This is what your main stream will look like which will have all the most popular looks of the day on it, so kind of  like the most popular posts on instagram, this and your own feed are two different feeds, your own feed will bring up the people you have faned like the people you follow on instagram.

LOOKBOOK as a website and an app does have so much more to offer then just style looks, which I haven't had the chance to explore yet, but for anyone that's looking for something extra for their blog or for someone who is just genuinely interested in fashion and doesn't want the commitment of running their own blog, then LOOKBOOK is the app/website for you.
